Jikiden Reiki with Mari
Mari Okazaki 岡崎真理
Mari is a full-time Reiki practitioner and offers Reiki sessions in her home studio on a daily basis since 2006. She also teaches Jikiden Reiki Shoden (Level 1) and Okuden(Level 2) certification classes regularly, and Shihankaku (assistant teacher) classes upon requests.
She is a mother of three, originally from Nagasaki, Japan, and resides in Chilliwack, BC, Canada.
She is the organizer and translator for the Jikiden Reiki Vancouver, Halifax, and Seattle seminar with Mr. Tadao Yamaguchi, the founder of the Jikiden Reiki Institute. She continues to use Reiki to help her family, her friends and herself. Since 2012, Mari has been offering Reiki sessions at the Chilliwack Hospice Society as a Relaxation program volunteer for terminal care patients and their families. Through Reiki, Mari brings peace and calmness to the patients and family members who are experiencing a life transition. She is also a volunteer for a suicide bereavement group as a co-facilitator.
Her life has been filled with Reiki love.

My passion is to introduce to people that their bodies will start to remember how to heal themselves if given right tools. Good diets with natural foods and laughter are a base of good health and I believe good energy through Reiki can enhance our lifestyle without external chemical substances. In result, there will be a significant reduction in the amount of medical waste, a positive effect on the environment on a global scale. Reiki brings peace in mind, and that peace ripples out to the world.

Currently, Mari isn’t teaching classes due to the Covid restriction. Once the restriction is lifted, classes in 2021 will be arranged upon requests.
Out door class in a good weather, two~three people in a class to allow physical distancing.

Monthly Reiju and practice evenings are replaced with zoom meetings without Reiju and practice to stay connected.
