Born in the UK, Gar has been based in China and Thailand for the last 20 years. Her Reiki journey first began in 2014 when she was introduced to the western system of Reiki. In 2016 she founded holistic platform Vibereition- a dedicated space to share holistic and creative resources with others. Over the last 10 years Gar has dedicated her time to sharing and teaching Reiki, whilst continuing her personal journey of deepening her own connection. In 2024 she decided to further her studies through a more traditional perspective, and traveled to Kyoto to train with Tadao Sensei at The Jikiden Reiki Institute. This training bought a new found connection, humility and depth to her practice which she is extremely grateful for. In 2026 she visited again to take her next steps as a Shihan Kaku, in order to continue sharing this authentic approach with others.

Gar is a full time Reiki practitioner and Holistic Therapist. Known for her grounded yet sensitive approach. Her knowledge of both valuable systems allow her to teach with a broad perspective and understanding, and to sensitize to different needs. Besides Reiki, she also offers a variety of holistic treatments, training, retreat programs and creative practices to support personal growth. She is the co founder of ThaiG Hub, a Taiji & Meditation school based in Koh Chang, Thailand and where the Vibereition studio is currently based. Gar aims to share the universal aspects of Reiki authentically to support others on the Path towards Inner Refinement.
